Benzár Rapid Fito Float Rig

Bighead carp fishing is becoming increasingly popular, and it’s no surprise that more and more bighead-specific gear and attractants are appearing in the Benzár product range. These "plankton feeders" can be caught successfully using both bottom and float fishing techniques. The former may be simpler, but for the latter, we now offer a fantastic solution!

The Rapid Fito Float Rig is a complete float rig specifically designed for bighead carp fishing. The centerpiece of the rig is a self-weighted float with a light stick holder, balanced to work perfectly with our technoplankton tablets. By unscrewing the holder, the technoplankton can easily be slid onto the stem and securely fixed by screwing it back in place. When the technoplankton dissolves, the float remains upright, with only the yellow stripe visible above the water. Unlike some other float rigs, this float will never tip over even if the bait or attractant dissolves entirely. If the float tips over, it’s a clear bite indicator!

The rig’s depth can be adjusted, allowing the tablet and the strong, reliable hooks (ideal for threading technopuffs) to be lowered as deep as 2 meters. Very few float rigs for bighead carp on the market offer this capability! Additionally, the rig can also be used with groundbait and spiral feeders, making it incredibly versatile.
